va$ooli is a tool for groups of friends and family to track shared expenses and plan trips together. It is a shared record of what you and your group members tell it happened — not a financial, accounting, or legal ledger. It does not process payments, hold funds, or verify that any payment actually occurred. Balances and settlements reflect only what users have entered.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

You sign in through Google, Apple, or an email link/code. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Let us know at support@getvasooli.com if you believe your account has been misused.

You may add content to the Service — names, expense details, notes, photos, files, and links ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant va$ooli a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the members of your groups. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the right to share it.

To keep va$ooli safe for everyone, you agree not to upload, store, share, or transmit any content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• sexually exploits or endangers children in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law, and we preserve related information as required;
• is sexually explicit or pornographic;
• is violent, graphic, or depicts or promotes harm to people or animals;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on who they are;
• infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy, or shares another person's private or identifying information without their consent;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the Service or its infrastructure;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with anyone.

You can report content or conduct that violates these Terms using the in-app Report Content option in your account menu, or by emailing support@getvasooli.com. We may review, remove, or restrict access to content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these Terms — with or without notice. We may also use automated tools to help detect prohibited content. Because va$ooli is a small, invite-based service, we act on reports as promptly as we reasonably can.

va$ooli records only what users enter and the time they entered it. It does not observe, verify, or guarantee that any real-world payment happened. You are solely responsible for settling balances with the people in your groups. va$ooli is not a party to any transaction between you and anyone else.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, va$ooli and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll ask you to review and accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
